Inspection Comments | RESPONDED TO COMPLAINT THAT THE BUSINESS WAS OPERATING WITHOUT A VALID 2022 KCHD FOOD LICENSE. SPOKE WITH ERIC WHO SAID HE THOUGHT THAT HIS FATHER HAD PAID THE LICENSE FEE. HE THEN PAID FOR THE LICENSE AND CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP. NO FOOD SERVICE WAS OCCURRING AT THIS TIME, AS THEY WERE STILL IN THE PROCESS OF MOVING EQUIPMENT AND CLEANING. NO FOOD INSPECTION WAS COMPLETED. |
